Star Wars

Carson and I took Carson and Owen to Star Wars in Concert. It was amazing! Not only were our two four year old twin boys impressed, but so were my husband and I. Star Wars in Concert is a live full orchestra and choir playing (and singing) songs from the Star Wars movies. There was a huge screen set up behind the orchestra and choir playing clips from the various movies. I could not believe how much Carson and Owen knew about Star Wars.

Before the show started we got to walk around the concourse of the arena and see tons of Star Wars memorabilia. There were clothes from the movies on display, replica characters, and "real live" Storm Troopers walking along with Darth Vader and others. (Can you tell I'm not a huge fan. I don't know the names of the characters.)

After seeing Darth Vader Daddy asked them what they thought of seeing him.

Carson declared : That's not the real Darth Vader.

Daddy: How do you know that?

Carson: It's just a guy in a suit.

Daddy: How do you know that?

Carson: Because if it was the real Darth Vader he would have cut our heads off!

Owen: We're serious!

Yep. We had cotton candy.

A little left over cotton candy on his cheeks, nose, chin and probably hair.

The hot dogs and fries were pretty good, too.
